Working as part of the FP&A team, the FP&A Senior Analyst will be responsible for supporting the FP&A manager in his responsibility in developing new, value-added monthly reporting with a high degree of commercial focus, developing processes as well as in delivering a quarterly forecast cycle.

There is huge opportunity for process/system improvement. The reporting is still quite excel heavy so the business is really keen on finding people with initiative to drive improvements here.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Develop monthly group reporting processes including the production of monthly packs.
  • Perform detailed analysis on key contribution drivers.
  • Provide value-added, insightful variance analysis and commentaries supported by business engagement.
  • Improve customer profitability analysis & KPI reporting.
  • Provide adhoc analysis for the Group / FP&A Manager and the CFO.
  • Line management of one junior analyst.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified CIMA / ACCA / ACA (or equivalent)
  • Exceptional Excel skills
  • Highly Analytical and a keen attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to multi-task, plan and prioritise own workloads.
  • Good PowerPoint skills
  • Knowledge of QlikView or other BI tools would be preferable
  • Have a passion for process improvement
