About the Role:

As a Contract Administrator, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring the efficient execution of the contract and the smooth running of operational processes. From managing schedules to coordinating subcontractor attendance, your organisational prowess will be instrumental in supporting our clients mission. You'll be the primary point of contact for inquiries, ensuring they are addressed promptly and professionally. From drafting essential documents to maintaining meticulous records, your attention to detail will be crucial in upholding the highest standards of service. Using Maximo, you will be responsible for managing the PPM and Reactive maintenance workloads, ensuring that all job requests are handled in timely manner.

Requirements:

- A solid educational background, preferably to GCSE level or equivalent.
- Previous experience in an administrative role within facilities management or related industries
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to adapt to evolving priorities and challenges.
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and resolve issues efficiently.
- A positive attitude and collaborative approach to working within a team environment.
