We are seeking a forward thinking Private Client Tax Manager to join our collaborative close knit team based in Tunbridge Wells . If you looking for a role focusing on Private Client work and are keen to grow and develop with the team around you then this could be the role for you.
Manage a portfolio of personal clients with complex tax affairs, high net worth individuals with a focus on private equity executives, entrepreneurs, and trusts.
Assisting Partners and Directors in, and where appropriate, by leading tax planning projects such as succession planning using trusts and corporate structures, capital gains and inheritance tax issues
Assist with managing junior member of staff including helping them with technical and personal development. Stay abreast of tax laws and regulations, applying knowledge to deliver innovative solutions to client.
Significant private client tax experience gained within a professional practice.
knowledge of private client tax issues and dealing with complex capital gains tax and inheritance tax matters.
Demonstrable experience of delivering tax planning/advisory projects.
People management and organisational
Qualified Chartered Accountant and/or Chartered Tax Adviser
