Location: On-Site (Edinburgh, UK)

Pay : Upto £15 per hour dependent on experience

Part-Time Hours : Upto 20 hours per week

Overview:

The Recovery Centre (TRC) is a leading provider of mental health support. Since 2006, we have been dedicated to helping children, adolescents and adults overcome their mental health challenges. We are seeking an adaptable and organised Clinical Administrator to support the day-today operations of our Edinburgh clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

· Providing scheduling support for clinicians and clients

· Assistance with invoicing

· General support with administration and client care including but not limited to, letter formatting, sending out correspondence, data management and keeping up-to-date with client medication cycles

· Attending clinical meetings to support with administrative requests arising in relation to client treatment plans

· Managing room allocations and covering receptionist duties

· Assisting with supervised lunches and taking client observations (e.g. weight and blood pressure readings)

· Assisting in maintaining the therapeutic milieu

About You:

The successful candidate will have:

· Strong organisational and interpersonal skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and iCal necessary

· Proven ability to leverage technology and preferred experience with Xero

· Commitment to TRC’s mission and values, with a passion to improve mental health services and support individuals

· The ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity
