Digital Experience Executive - ARD991371 - Remote
This exciting remote based Digital Experience Executive opportunity has arisen to join our Digital team and support the delivery group growth targets through the provision of an exceptional digital journey and experience.
This role will bring our brands and propositions to life by providing engaging digital customer experiences through The Ardonagh Group’s websites and other digital channels, giving particular focus using data and user research to drive the creation and optimisation of high-performing user journeys.
Analyse website performance and user behaviour using a variety of quantitative and qualitative methods including Google Analytics and Hotjar.
Work with market specialists and carry out research to build understanding of our customers, identify opportunities and plan, design, build and measure changes to our online journeys that improve overall performance.
Liaise with internal stakeholders to help drive technical and experiential improvements across our platforms.
Regular reporting to ensure on-site performance standards are a constant focus.
Ensure all enhancements to user journey are delivered in line with company governance processes.
Work with the Digital Experience Manager and wider team to support delivery of the conversion optimisation roadmap and wider digital strategy.
This is an opportunity for a skilled individual in Digital Experience who works well as part of a team and communicates effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Experience using Google Analytics, Hotjar and other user analysis tools.
An understanding of UX principles, A/B testing and user research methods.
Experience of using a content management system such as WordPress or Umbraco.
You must be results focused, have diligent planning and implementation skills and be adaptable, tenacious and committed to proactive self-development.
While this is a remote role, there will be occasional requirement for travel within the UK.
