Commercial Finance Manager Part-Time

As the Head of Finance you'll be responsible for the Finance function at flatfair, working closely with the business to help expand flatfair's No Deposit product in the UK alongside supporting the broader strategy.
You'll be a fully qualified accountant with experience of UK accounting standards and previous experience in a senior accountant or Finance Lead role.
Execute and managethe day-to-day finance activities, budgeting process and statutory accounting/tax reporting process.
Oversee the implementation of finance processes and ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information to both internal and external shareholders.
Act as a Finance business partner to all internal stakeholders, proactively identifying opportunities to improve.
Experience as a senior accountant or Finance lead, ideally within a start up or early stage business.
A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) with detailed knowledge of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow management, general finance and budgeting and UK statutory accounting requirements.
Knowledge offorecasting and financial modelling, with a desire to get more involved with strategic financial planning.
Ability and willingness to manage day to day financial operational requirements alongside working on more strategic initiatives.
Successful candidates for this role may also have had job titles such as Finance Manager, Finance Business Partner, Senior Accountant.

Location: Hybrid (1 day a week in our office incentral London)
Both part-time and full-time applications are being considered for this role. Over the last 5 years, we've helped over 30,000 tenants save £25 million in upfront costs and provided increased rental protection on 2,000 properties. As well as improving our core product, we're identifying, testing and launching new innovations to make every rental experience a positive one.
Salary £60 - 75k depending on experience
