National Facilities Manager - National Travel- Managing Agent - Home based

My client a Managing Agent seeks an National Facilities Manager with experience managing a portfolio overseeing a portfolio in England, you will be home based and also go into the London Office on an adhoc basis

Carrying out inspections on site, making sure statutory compliance, health and safety is adhered to and updating relevant platforms, setting and managing service charge budgets, liaison with service partners, overseeing any project/ refurbishment or tenant fit out works

Another key part of the role will involve very close stakeholder engagement with end owners of assets - building/ key tenants/ support on site teams.

Also key that you oversee company initiatives and compliance is achieved over the portfolio too

You will also have an IOSH/NEBOSH and already be setting and managing service charge budgets.
