We are searching for a CRM Loyalty Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Head of Merchandise of Quadrant, you will be responsible for managing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and designing effective loyalty programs that enhance customer engagement and retention.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and implement CRM strategies that support sales KPIs, focusing on customer retention and loyalty Manage the customer database to ensure it is segmented effectively for targeted marketing campaigns. Create and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, mobile etc) to increase customer lifetime value and engagement. Report customer behavior data to identify trends and insights, and use this information to refine strategies and campaigns Collaborate with other departments such as Social media and Content to ensure CRM strategies and loyalty programs are aligned with business goals. Design, launch and manage loyalty programs that attract and retain customers. Monitor and report on the performance of CRm and loyalty initiatives. Stay updated with the latest CRM and loyalty trends and technologies Develop and execute strategies to drive apparel revenue. Be the go-to person for all things data across the apparel brand. Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer needs and competitor activity. Budget management, including planning, expenditure tracking and ensuring cost effectiveness.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Proven working experience (3+ years) in CRM, customer loyalty in the apparel sector. Strong understanding of CRM software and database management systems. Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, Marketing database and email. Highly innovative with experience in identifying target audiences. Up-to-date with influencer marketing strategies and proven track record of any collaborations with content creators. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and fun environment
