Job Title: Nights Maintenance Engineer | Location: Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off nights (12 hour shifts) 

As our next Maintenance Engineer, you will be resilient and adaptable due to the nature of the fast-paced environment you will be working within. Working with a team of skilled Engineers, you will be responsible for not only repairing issues with the bakery production lines but encouraged to implement positive ideas in the reliability of the machines moving forward.  

You will be instrumental in the diagnosing of both electrical and mechanical faults within the factory. Your remit will be to carry out essential machine maintenance to ensure the smooth running of the production line and limit downtime.  

You will be working less than half the year due to the fantastic shift pattern on offer.  
Proven 3–5 years multi-skilled engineering background in manufacturing environments 

~ Completed a recognised Engineering Apprenticeship 

~ NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering 

~Proficient in CMMS systems and Microsoft tools 

~ Experience on PLC process equipment & plant 

~ Experience with Permit to Work systems and contractor management 

~ Regulatory Knowledge certifications (ISO standards) 

~ Understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards
