Senior Site Manager/ Project Manager

Performance Objectives
Ensuring all health, safety and environmental procedures are always maintained
To work with the team to make sure the projects are delivered by the company's deadline, in budget and to the highest standard.
Responsible for the management of subcontractors, communicating with them daily to ensure work is being undertaken to plan and the relevant standards are being achieved.
The Site Manager will have a keen eye for detail and be able to anticipate and minimise any disruption to the project.
Have excellent construction technical skills and current training certification to back this up.
Be highly self-motivated and have a positive can-do approach to drive the project to a successful completion.
Be able to work in a team, reporting to a contracts manager and managing junior managers.
