A successful property investment company based in Finchley, North London, is recruiting an Acquisitions Executive to join the team.
Their many years of acquisition experience across the UK, allows them to make on-the-spot decisions and to purchase properties that perhaps more traditional investment companies would not consider.

Since 2013, they have purchased more than 200 properties investment (mostly commercial), all of which have been improved and then either sold with a long lease and new tenant or retained as part of their portfolio.

To be a successful Acquisitions Executive, you must:
Have your own car, and be willing to travel extensively across England to appraise potential acquisitions.
Be confident, personable, and passionate over the phone when dealing with agents and property owners.
Have some property experience, perhaps in an Estate Agency.
Not be frightened to make lots of phone calls to agents and landlords across the UK looking for potential opportunities.
