OVERVIEW

* We are currently recruiting for an Activities Coordinator to join our team and to work within the Home to provide activity opportunities for our residents.

* In conjunction with the senior team, you will be responsible for planning and running a programme of activities for the residents linked to assessed social needs identified in care plans.

* You will also be responsible for maintaining and promoting activities that older people enjoy and find stimulating.

* You must be enthusiastic in your approach to activity co-ordination, and able to design and facilitate group activities is essential.
