Our client, a leading company in the Technology sector, is currently seeking a Home Appliances Trainer to join their team on site in Yateley, Hampshire. As a Product Trainer, you will be reviewing technical contents Vs. Digital Appliance products, Analysing field requirements and getting in touch with Digital Appliance Tech Supporters in a technical environment. You will also be required to create dis-assembly training videos. This is a contract position is available until the end of December on a full time basis. Key Responsibilities Identify training requirements based on customer service strategy to include: New technology and innovations Product Knowledge training Performance management New product introductions Technical repair skills Customer service behaviours Technical updates Customer self-help New governance and regulation requirements You will be responsible for delivery of training strategies using the latest innovations, AR & AI as virtual, F2F, online and Offline as well as:
- Training delivery using the LMS platform includes deployment, targeting user groups, monitoring completion, evaluating effectiveness and making improvements.
- Deliver live & record training from our technical training studios, webcasts, virtual classrooms, virtual coaching, and how-to videos.
- Operation of repair authority assessment modules, to ensure that all authorised service personnel are competent technicians with the correct skills, knowledge and qualifications.
- Constant review of repair authority effectiveness and regulation compliance
- Develop and plan training needs and priorities, collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to produce, maintain and follow a 12-month training calendar
- Supporting and operating training & support community pages, running forums and chats, and promoting knowledge share and inspiring feedback to improve training and self-help.
- Reporting on results, produce weekly reports on training delivery and effectiveness for all stakeholders, within KPI guidelines.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders including subsidiaries, factories, spare logistics, QA and R&D, and review training requirements and effectiveness Including focus groups, and video conferencing.
