Job Description

William Rose Associates is working alongside a highly regarded Asset Management based in London, looking for a Senior Client Reporting Analyst, to join the firm on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce monthly and quarterly Segregated client reports in accordance with IMA and regulatory requirements.
  • Produce monthly and quarterly fund reports for Pooled Fund investors.
  • To be involved in the production of Jupiter’s factsheets across all geographical regions in which the company operates.
  • To be involved in the production and dissemination of pre-sale regulatory disclosures.
  • To be involved in the dissemination of fund-level information to Data vendors/platforms.
  • Answering ad-hoc queries from other teams across all geographical regions.
  • To build an in-depth knowledge of Jupiter’s product range.
  • To actively take part in project work to improve the team’s processes and controls, with an emphasis on the automation of manual tasks.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a client reporting role within asset management.
  • Demonstrable experience in the production and analysis of regulatory reporting such as EMT, EET, EPT, Solvency II etc, with the ability to interact with 3rd part vendors where necessary.
  • Experience to MIFID and PRIIPS.
  • Understanding of the costs and charges associated with pooled funds and how this impacts regulatory report templates such as EMT, EPT, CTI etc.
