Blue Arrow are looking for Pensions Administrators on an 18 month contract for one of our Public Sector clients

Length of assignment: 18 Months
Hours: full time post (37 hours per week Monday to Friday 9-5pm)
Location: Scottish Borders, Tweedbank (free parking on site)
Hybrid working: 2 days in office per week
Salary: £25,235

Our client requires temporary staff to be able to take on duties in any of our administrator roles - pension administration, customer contact or work allocation.

Duties include
Receive, evaluate, analyse and prioritise customer requests, assessing information across multiple schemes, indexing all incoming mail
Prioritise all customer and third party requests, ensuring problems are resolved promptly and efficiently in compliance with the correct scheme regulations, agreed procedures and timescales.
validate and process customer information accurately and securely
Mailbox Maintenance
Receieve inbound calls and answer general enquiries
dentifying priority/urgent casework or customer queries, allocating to the most appropriate area
Use MS Office and in-house administration systems

Ideally you must have experience within the following:
1. Communicating confidently producing accurate numeric and well-structured written work.
2. Ability to work as part of a team, maintaining good working relationships and contributing to the teams overall performance.
3. Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and plan work, and deliver a high level of customer service.
4. Confident in using IT systems to manage, source and present information clearly and concisely.
