As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our guest experience, delivering exceptional service and ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience.
Are you passionate about hospitality and customer service? Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages to guests in an efficient and pleasant manner.
* Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.
* Support the F&B team in all operational duties, including setting up and clearing tables, restocking supplies, and assisting with inventory management.
* Assist in the coordination and execution of events and special functions.
* Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is desirable but not mandatory.
* Flexible to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
