- Management of the quote process across multiple work streams, working with contractors, clients, and colleagues to ensure an efficient, effective, and value for money service

- Monitoring and managing contractors against their quotation processes

- Commercial assessment of contractor applications for payment of works (c£0-£1 million)

- Assisting with generation of cost reporting and provision of additional ad hoc reporting

- Providing commercial reporting and forecasting support

- Assisting with tendering exercises and the re-procurement of service provision of contractors where necessary

- Arranging and leading contractor valuation audits and performance review meetings

- Daily uploading of commercial data into our IT system
