Recruitment Consultant Hays Recruitment – London – Life Sciences – Desk: Quality Assurance (Contract) We are seeking an ambitious, sales-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our London Cheapside office in our Life Sciences Recruitment team on a Quality Assurance Contract desk. As a Recruitment Consultant at Hays, you have the opportunity to own and develop a market and progress your career professionally with the backing of a global brand and experienced leadership team. You will actively seek out and meet with Recruitment teams, Directors, line managers, and other key stakeholders and you will be recruiting the best and most experienced candidates for interim roles within this busy sector. Your new role The responsibilities of a Recruitment Consultant include: Developing and maintaining strong relationships within the Quality Assurance sector of Life Sciences roles. Actively seeking and engaging with in-house recruitment professionals, directors, and line managers. Sourcing, screening and recruiting top-tier candidates for interim roles. Drafting reports, ensuring compliance across all activities, and participating in internal projects. Contribute to the development and growth of the business, especially your Life Sciences team. Due to the fees already in the area and the potential we have here, to be successful you will need to meet the following criteria: You will have experience as a Recruitment Consultant or above as well as a proven track record in business development and recruitment. You will be a highly driven, ambitious, and inspiring individual who can drive success in those around you and navigate the highs and lows of recruitment with resilience.
