In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and inspire a talented product team, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and make a lasting positive impact on the lives of millions of people worldwide. Lead the product team, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance management.
Drive the end-to-end product development process, from ideation and validation to launch and ongoing management.
Work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data, and marketing, to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, making data-driven decisions to optimize and improve the app experience.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA) preferred.
10+ years of product management experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of user-centered design and experience working with UX/UI design teams.
Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of making data-driven decisions.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
