This is a Permanent position, based in Basingstoke, Hampshire. Operating a SmartWorking policy allowing personnel to work for up to 12 working days/month from home or a similar secure location.


As a Principle Electrical Engineer, you will lead global engineering projects and studies, supervising teams and project schedules. Lead electrical engineering projects, ensuring technical standards, project schedules, and safety requirements are met, while managing design teams and multidisciplinary interfaces.
Perform engineering tasks for electrical systems, including design, troubleshooting, and improvement, and oversee site visits and coordination with global offices.
Prepare man-hour estimates, plan project activities, and evaluate the impact of new legislation on plant design and performance

Extensive experience in electrical engineering and team leadership within Oil & Gas, especially in Upstream Engineering, with involvement in Concept, Basic/FEED, and Detail Engineering for onshore and offshore projects.
