We are driving positive change in the agricultural industry and your skills could help us do this. We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Software Engineer to join a dynamic, engaging, and multidisciplinary team working in AgriTech R&D.

Alongside this, you will have the opportunity to drive software development guidelines within the business to ensure high-quality software is commercialised.

We pride ourselves in out of the box thinking, bringing new ideas and concepts from other industries into agriculture. Our staff have a flexible and collaborative attitude to working and we value people who relish being an important part of a larger team.

You will be based at the B-hive Innovation offices, which are integrated into the Lincoln Science and Innovation Park, in the heart of Lincoln.

The role will involve delivering high-quality Python applications in line with milestones and deliverables on innovative research projects being carried out between B-hive Innovations and external collaborators.

The primary focus of the role will be to design Python-based solutions to help the successful delivery of Innovate UK-funded projects, and to implement and validate these solutions for real-world usage.
