Sector: Legal Research and Information Location: Central London Salary: £35k + OTE £40k in Year 1 (uncapped) The Role: This is a fantastic and lucrative position for an up-and-coming B2B salesperson looking to take the next step within their sales career, working closely with global law firms and large corporate businesses. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Selling subscriptions to business intelligence & insight reports across the legal sector
  • Targeting Lawyers, both in-house and private practice, and General counsels
  • A new business closing role, pitching mostly to warm prospects
The incoming Business Development Executive will be focused on generating revenue by sourcing new leads and engaging with warm or lapsed accounts. They will be pitching a range of legal information and research products, as well as enhanced branding opportunities for Law firms. The ideal candidate will be a positive and proactive, new business hunter with a consultative, business development background and natural rapport-building skills. Requirements: For this Business Development Executive position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • 2 years of B2B sales experience in a closing role
  • A background within a consultative, telesales environment is required (eg. Subscriptions, Saas, BI or Data etc.)
  • Career experience or an interest in the legal sector is a bonus
  • A proactive, switched-on, and hungry individual who looking for a fast-paced, collaborative team culture.
