We are looking for a Senior Project Manager - Marketing & Recruitment to join our team.
We re looking for an experienced, highly motivated project management professional to join our team as the Senior Project Manager. You ll be at the heart of what we do, delivering projects and heading the team of two project managers (one in post, recruiting for the other) to drive success. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager, who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.
Demonstrable experience of leading projects that integrate and/or align people, process and systems
Experienced in delivering complex projects from conception to closure
Skilled in coordinating cross-functional project teams and diverse stakeholders on an international scale
In-depth knowledge and application of project/programme methodology
Experience in a senior project/coordination role, managing a team
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent oral and written communication including ability to write project documentation such as project briefs, presentations, reports
Exceptional organisational and planning skills
Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
Flexible and adaptable approach to a dynamic workload, with the ability to manage complexity, ambiguity and change
Working knowledge of project planning, collaboration and communication tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Monday, Miro, SharePoint)
Commitment to promoting equity, diversity and inclusion in the workplace
Experience with CRM software (particularly Salesforce)
