Technical Staffing Resources (TSR) are the in-house agency and master vendor for KBR who are a leading global engineering, construction, and services company. KBR support the hydrocarbon and government services markets on six continents. Serving their customers through diverse business units, KBR offer challenging assignments on some of the world's largest and most complex project's.
KBR require Telecom Engineers to join the team and support work under contract.
The role is Leatherhead based with four days a week required to be worked in the office.
Candidates must have the legal right to work in the UK**
We are seeking a skilled Telecom Systems Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing specifications and conducting technical evaluations of various telecom systems, including but not limited to:
Fiber Optic Cable Systems
CCTV Systems
Focus on safety, reliability, and quality in all telecom systems.
Create Block Diagrams, Schematic Diagrams, Cable Schedules, datasheets, Interconnection and Wiring Diagrams, Cabinet General Arrangement Diagrams, MTO, and layout drawings.
Hands-on experience in creating technical reports, drawings and schedules for oil and gas onshore installations.
Essential experience in greenfield and brownfield telecom projects within the oil and gas industry.
Experience with BP or Aramco projects is preferred
