o Raising payment requests within the online banking platforms.
o Ensuring process undertaken in line with the Group Treasury policy.
Accountable for completing the bank reconciliations in the timelines required and ensuring all reconciling items are identified and resolved in a timely manner. o Knowing and understanding future payments to be made and ensuring the right amount of money to cover these payments over at least six months period to comply with the Group Treasury Policy
Responsible for identification and mitigation of risks
• Accountable for ensuring activities are undertaken in line with the Group Treasury policy and related SoX controls.
Experience managing and processing payments across multiple legal entities and multiple currencies, preferably for a global, publicly traded company with multiple subsidiaries operating in multiple currencies.
• Reconciliation of bank and creditor accounts.
• Working Knowledge of Oracle (NetSuite)
Being flexible to new ideas and approaches; Writing and speaking clearing to share thought information and ideas concisely and ensuring information is passed on effectively
• Gaining support from others support for ideas, proposals projects and solutions, knowing when to escalate critical issues.
• Building Collaborative Relationships
Finance - holiday restrictions may apply at Quarter end and year end.
