About the Mortgage Brokerage team
The team are experienced mortgage advisors who work with their clients to understand their individual circumstances and help them find the best mortgage deal. They pride themselves on their excellent customer service and commitment to making the mortgage process as straightforward and stress-free as possible for their clients.
The Mortgage Advisor Role
As a Mortgage Advisor your role is to provide specialised mortgage advice to contractors and freelancers in the UK who may have unique financial circumstances.
Your primary responsibilities will include guiding clients through the entire mortgage process, from identifying the most suitable mortgage product, completing the application process, and ensuring that the mortgage is completed on time. You will need to have excellent communication skills, be knowledgeable about mortgage products and regulations, and be able to build strong relationships with clients. You will also need to stay up to date with market changes and new mortgage products to ensure that you are providing clients with the best possible advice.

A solid understanding of the UK property market
Appropriate professional qualifications, such as the Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP) or equivalent.
