We are currently looking to recruit a

Catering Assistant

to join the team based at Aveton Gifford Primary School.

We will be providing a full catering service to the school, and your role will be to support the kitchen team with food preparation, service delivery and kitchen maintenance. This is a customer facing position, so you will need to be confident engaging with our clients on a daily basis.

As part of the role, you will be required to collect meals from Salcombe Primary School, delivering to and serving at Aveton Gifford Primary School. It is therefore it is essential you hold a

Full UK Driving Licence

for the role and access to a personal vehicle.

Your Experience:

We are happy to offer full support and training if you are looking to start a career within catering, however it would be an advantage for you to demonstrate: Experience within a catering or dining environment Ability to work effectively as part of a team Great communication skills Good attention to detail whilst delivering an excellent customer service An enhanced DBS check will be required for our successful candidate, payment will be met by the employer.
