Founded by serial entrepreneurs Aurken and Ander, we are a profitable startup that has raised +€1.Our tool is used by thousands of companies worldwide in diverse sectors, like tech, e-commerce, travel, marketing, finance and real estate.
This is a 3 months fix term contract. We're looking for an experienced, proactive Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our Talent Team and help us reach our ambitious growth plans. We are an early stage tech startup, with a current headcount of 18 ambitious people, looking to grow to 40+ by the end of this year.. You will be responsible for sourcing active and passive talent globally, building strong candidate pipelines for current and future (tech & non tech). Sourcing: Lead talent sourcing activities including research, market intelligence and mapping, direct outreaches, networking. Build a candidate pipeline via direct sourcing platforms, such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse ATS for current and future roles.
Utilise metrics to gauge recruitment strategy effectiveness, suggest improvements, and keep data integrity through reporting tools and systems. Knowledge of Boolean searches and creative talent sourcing methods. Experience with Greenhouse ATS platform is essential.
