Je functie bestaat uit 4 hoofdtaken (advies/beleidsontwikkeling/procesbewaking en regie voeren/relatiebeheer): Advies

  • Je fungeert als sparringpartner voor de directie en managers over bedrijfsvoering en samenwerkingsverbanden.
  • Ziet toe op, rapporteert over en adviseert de managers en de manager Finance & Control over de bedrijfsvoering van de organisatie.
  • Adviseert het management over vraagstukken over financieel en niet financieel beleid en op het gebied van gewijzigde wet- en regelgeving.
Beleidsontwikkeling
  • Levert inhoudelijke input aan voor de (meerjaren)begroting en werkt dit uit.
  • Draagt zorgt voor de vertaling van de meerjaren prognose naar een jaarbegroting, waarbij aandacht is voor (toekomstige) in- en externe risico’s, en rapporteert daarover.
  • Genereert (delen van) concernbrede periodieke rapportages op de integrale bedrijfsvoering en (delen van) concernbrede jaarbegroting.
  • Is medeverantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van prognosecijfers op concern-, directie- en/of afdelingsniveau.
Procesbewaking en regie voeren
  • Toetst en evalueert het vastgestelde beleid en jaarplan van de organisatie.
  • Is medeverantwoordelijk voor een goed werkende PDCA-cyclus (begroting, management rapportages, kansen en risicoanalyse) op concern-, directie-, en afdelingsniveau.
  • Biedt inhoudelijke ondersteuning bij de totstandkoming van de jaarrekening.
Relatiebeheer
  • Onderhoudt contact met het management in het kader van beleidsontwikkelingen en prestaties.
  • Onderhoudt contact met de overige adviseurs (HR, IT etc.,) voor een integrale blik op de bedrijfsvoering.
  • Onderhoudt contact met de Concern controller over risicomanagement en met Financial Control over het financieel beheer en -beleid.
Je brengt recente ervaring op het gebied van: Advies; Beleidsontwikkeling; Procesbewaking en regievoeren; Relatiebeheer; Sparringpartner voor de directie en managers over bedrijfsvoering en samenwerkingsverbanden.
