Europe’s #1 Integrated Defence Company seeks a talented RF Electronic Warfare Engineer to support complex design and engineering activities for next-gen Radio Frequency Directed Energy Weapons (RFDEW) and Missile programmes.

As NATO’s leading supplier of state-of-the-art combat deterrents, the team develops Advanced Missile and Defence Systems, providing decisive national security capabilities to our Home Nations and strategic allies.

9 billion deal was recently signed to support Poland's border with Ukraine, making it the largest European short-range air defence acquisition program in NATO. These initiatives directly contribute to the peaceful prosperity of millions of citizens and ensure the safety of our Armed Forces.

RF Electronic Support and Attack Systems, including platform integration and through-life support
Strong technical understanding of RF and electronic systems, algorithm design and implementation
System design engineering skills, including requirements elicitation, decomposition and management; Developing and using RF performance models
Overseeing the transition of development hardware into production, including environmental testing, qualification testing and design certification
