  • We’re looking for a talented and experienced Machine Learning (ML) Engineer to join our team and help us develop our new AI driven platform.

Requirements

  • 3 years of industry experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role
  • Understanding of data structures, data modelling and software architecture
  • Experience training and testing models
  • Deep knowledge of Generative AI, math, probability, statistics and algorithms
  • Ability to write robust code in Python
  • Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (like PyTorch) and libraries (like Natural Language Toolkit)
  • Experience with AWS (ideally with Bedrock and/or SageMaker)
  • Experience with agile development (Scrum) is a plus
  • Experience working on a remote team
  • Fluent in written and spoken English

Responsibilities Include

  • Design and develop machine learning and deep learning systems
  • Perform statistical analysis
  • Train and retrain systems to optimise performance.
  • Run machine learning tests and experiments
  • Implement appropriate ML algorithms
  • Keep up with the latest developments in the field
