IT Specialist

Role Overview As a Systems Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and optimising my client's computer networks. If you're passionate about network reliability and security, this position is an excellent fit.As you will be working with staff and students, you must be able to build good working relationships at all levels and demonstrate a proactive and flexible 'can-do' attitude. Network Maintenance and Upgrades
Maintain and monitor network performance.
Ensure responsive, accessible, and reliable technical support for all users.
Diagnose issues across ICT systems (network, servers, hardware, software).
Deployment and Configuration:
Plan and execute ICT system delivery, configuration, and deployment.
Install software, ensuring compatibility with existing infrastructure.
Project Support: Collaborate on technology-led projects for teaching, learning, and business support.Budgeting and Planning:
Work with the ICT Manager to develop yearly operational budgets.
