Visting clients to build good relationships Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Generate leads and convert them into sales through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.). 2. Quoting and Pricing: Prepare accurate and competitive quotes for potential and existing clients. Analyse customer requirements and provide tailored solutions. Negotiate terms and conditions to close sales effectively. 3. Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management review. 4. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing client needs and concerns promptly.Follow up on sales leads and inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business . 5. Export Sales: Manage and grow the export business, identifying international opportunities. Handle export documentation and ensure compliance with international trade regulations. Coordinate with logistics and shipping departments to ensure timely delivery of products. Qualifications: Proven sales experience in the fastener industry or a closely related field.
