So, who are we looking for?

We are seeking an experienced Channel Manager to join the Sales team, growing engagement with our existing Channel whilst finding and on boarding new partners. The existing Channel propositions our solutions into the key verticals; one of which is the Water industry.Although this primarily is a sales role, a good understanding of new communication technologies is ideal. We need someone who is willing to understand these commercial and technical challenges and build on our unparalleled reputation to deliver.

Duties & Responsibilities:

To build on present business relationships within the UK and achieve sales and revenue targets. We encourage flexible working but need our sales team to engage with customers and partners who now welcome face to face meetings.

To search and start engagement with new Channel Partners, ensuring there are clear growth and revenue targets. Collaborating withour internal and external sales Channels is fundamental to ensure minimumdissension.

Clear ability to not only promote product but to sell additional value through software, professional services, service agreements and training. Clear understanding how this can be achieved through our Channel is key.

To have the ability to comprehend a customer’s challenge, be attentive to their needs and to work with our sales, support teams and channel to demonstrate and proposition not only a technical but commercial solution.

Understand and mange typical Utility based tender processes and generate necessary responses with support from other team members

Actively seek feedback on customer requirements and product development, information should be conveyed to relevant manager for action.

Be responsible for Westermos membership of any appropriate associations within the UK Water market.
