Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday ( flexible working hours )

Rate: £12.50 - £15.50ph

Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for an Administrator on behalf of a global company in the renewable energy industry. This role is a Hybrid role with 3 days per week based in the Warwick office and 2 days remote. There will be occasional travel requirements to other company sites which travel will be paid through expenses.

The successful Administrator will join the Distribution Field Service Team based at the office in Warwick. The Administrator will give key support to the team in terms of Admin, email, filing and data handling in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities of the Administrator:

  • Support the day-to-day management of the field service operations calendar.
  • Ensure training schedules from suppliers are available, arrange field service training, manage training records data.
  • Manage the field service SharePoint updates with info and meeting data. Periodic updates of monthly reporting templates, and company system status updates (eg Driver Portal)
  • Ordering of IT hardware within company guidelines.
  • Administer field service site feedback assessments and be an ambassador for continuous improvement within the field service team.
  • Any other emergent admin tasks as required.
  • Data Handling - sending out comms in a quick, professional, and timely manner

Key Skills/ Experiences of the Administrator:

  • Proven experience working in an administration field.
  • Excellent knowledge and extensive use of the MS Office 365 suite

(experience of SAP is desirable but not essential)

  • Proven integrity and high personal standards of behaviour
  • GDPR knowledge and Compliance
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to manage workloads in an effective manner with minimal direct supervision.
  • Flexibility in managing multiple and diverse tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, numeracy, ability to work as part of a team, preferably in a culturally diverse environment.
  • Be Agile and bring creativity to your role within the field service team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to meet customer demands
  • Relevant professional qualification in administration would be beneficial.
  • Good knowledge of IT of other applications (SAP) (Salesforce)
  • Familiarity in a technical environment would be advantageous.
  • Strong internal customer orientation
  • Willingness to travel (Infrequent / UK) if required.
  • Work outside of standard working hours if required.

(please note this role requires all use of MS Office365 including SharePoint/ Visio/ Planner - if you have not used these tools previously, you must be able to provide clear examples of when you have had to use new Tech/ systems and picked these up quickly. You will be asked to research these tools before attending an interview and show willingness to self learning/upskilling in these areas)
