For the last 20 years Three Shires has developed long standing relationships with the UK’s leading House Builders, Construction Contractors, Civil Engineers, Developers, Environmental and Ecological Consultants. Our services include Ecological, Vegetation Clearance, Invasive Weed, Tree Protection, Site Hoarding and Security Fencing we also undertake all other aspects of site enablement .
We are looking to recruit Skilled Labourer/Ground Maintenance/Landscaping Operative/Plant Operative duties will include:
* Operation of 360 Excavator and or Tractor
* Grass cutting, planting trees and shrubs, tree work/felling and chainsaw use, strimming, hedge cutting, chemical spraying, newt fencing and continuous maintenance of sites
* Operate suitable equipment and machines with correct training
* Attend and undertake relevant training to ensure responsibilities are carried out effectively and safely
Successful Skilled Labourer/Ground Maintenance/Landscaping Operative/Plant Operative candidates must have:
* Experience of work within the commercial sector
* Full UK driving licence
* Hold a CSCS card
Successful Skilled Labourer/Ground Maintenance/Landscaping Operative/Plant Operative candidates must also have experience in one or more of the following:
* Chainsaw
* Fencing (Stock, Demarcation, Post & Rail)
* 360 Excavator experience (CPCS card would be an advantage)
* Tractor experience (CPCS card would be an advantage)
The successful Skilled Labourer/Ground Maintenance/Landscaping Operative/Plant Operative candidates must be able to work within a team with the ability to use own initiative in what is a physically demanding role, you would also need to be within commuting distance of Melton Mowbray, the role will require the candidates to work in all regions of the UK and occasionally at night
40K - (depending on experience and tickets)
