Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or G Suite
A recognised project management certification such as Certified Scrum Professional, Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
Bachelor’s Degree in the appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
Your day will look like.....
The Digital Project Manager drives e-projects through from initial concept to delivery. The Digital Project Manager will work with a range of clients on several different projects or one large project and will be adept at managing and building client relationships, managing risk and reporting on the status of projects.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the smooth execution of projects
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and within budget
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Develop a detailed project plan and project documentation to monitor and track progress and manage changes to scope, schedule and cost
Support the Product Owner in managing customer expectations for project deliverables
Report and escalate to management as needed
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Use and continually develop leadership skill
