Lead strategic engagement with business functions, influencing priorities and shaping the IT roadmap
Own the demand management process — from capturing ideas to evaluating and prioritising initiatives
Work closely with delivery and architecture teams to ensure proposed solutions meet business needs
Champion innovation, simplification, and better use of digital tools across the organisation
Help embed a more transparent, collaborative way of working between IT and the business
