Job Title: Site Manager - New Build Apartment Block (6-Month Contract)

Position Overview: They are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the completion of the internal works for our new build apartment block in Reading. This is a 6-month contract position focused on ensuring that the highest standards of quality and safety are maintained throughout the final stages of the project.
Supervise subcontractors and tradespeople to ensure work is completed to specifications and within deadlines.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Coordinate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to resolve any issues that may arise.
Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in the construction industry, preferably with a focus on residential projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Valid CSCS card and SMSTS certificate.
Duration: 6-month contract position, with the possibility of extension based on project needs.
