Team Manager

Our client is a reputable residential care service located in Redditch, committed to providing exceptional care and support to children and young people with Emotional and Behavioral Difficulties (EBD). Their 4-bedded service offers a nurturing environment where children and young people can thrive and reach their full potential.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing leadership and support to the team, ensuring the highest standards of care and wellbeing for the children and young people in the service.
Support and mentor team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care.
Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of each child and young person.
Maintain a safe and nurturing environment within the residential service.
Liaise with external professionals and agencies to ensure the holistic needs of the children and young people are met.
Act as a positive role model for staff and young people, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and understanding.
Complete on call duties on a rota basis.
Level 3 in Children and Young People or working towards.
Previous experience working with children and young people with EBD in a residential setting.
Full UK Driving License.
Flexibility to fit on a rota basis- including sleep in’s.
