Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Define the data vision for the Front Office, enhancing trading, pricing, and risk workflows.
  • Data Solutions Delivery: Build scalable, Real-Time analytics platforms using Databricks, Azure, Spark, and Delta Lake.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior traders and quants to deliver data-driven insights and strategies.
  • AI Integration: Apply AI and machine learning to optimise trading and provide predictive analytics.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and lead data engineers and scientists, fostering technical excellence.
  • Data Governance: Ensure robust data quality, governance, and compliance in high-stakes environments.

Your Expertise:

  • Front Office Experience: Extensive experience in investment banking with deep knowledge of trading workflows.
  • Technical Mastery: Proficient in Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Python, Spark, and Delta Lake.
  • Strategic Influence: Strong track record of engaging senior stakeholders and delivering impactful solutions.
  • Advanced Analytics: Expertise in AI, machine learning, and Real-Time data processing
