MB389: Welding TrainerLocation: LynehamSalary: £37,250Working Hours: 07:30am - 16:30pm Mon to Fri (early finish on a Wednesday) - 37 hours per weekAdditional Company Benefits: PPE Supplied, Exceptional Career Development Opportunities, Heavily Discounted Gym Membership, Enhanced Pension ContributionsOverview:First Military Recruitment is proudly working in partnership with a fantastic International Defence business who are looking to recruit multiple Welding Trainers on a permanent basis due to growth based at their Lyneham depot.This position will provide an opportunity to work on some fantastic military vehicles and enhance your mechanical knowledge on the wider spectrum in addition to offering exceptional career advancement opportunities.Train a class of circa 10 welding traineesCarry out work to the required standard and specification as detailed on the job card in accordance with the customer requirements, current regulations, local instructions, processes and other approved technical publications.Ensure a good standard of housekeeping, cleanliness and safety in the work area is maintained at all times.Comply with local policy on the correct disposal of hazardous or waste products.Inform the Supervisor of any issues which directly affect the repair process and any additional work to the task which is not detailed on the job card is deemed necessary to complete the task.Consult Supervisor regarding any problems affecting Quality or Health & Safety.Skills and Qualifications:Educated to Level 3 in Regulated Qualification Framework (RQF) / NationalVocational Qualification (NVQ) as a minimum (Advanced Apprenticeship, Level 3 VRQ/NVQ)REME Approved Welder (Ferrous metals)Holds BS 9606 QualificationHolds valid and appropriate UK driving licenceHolds valid UK driving licence with Categories C, C+E and HHas equipment specific training and experienceCompetent PC user (MS Office, MS Outlook, SharePoint, ERP system)MB389: Welding TrainerLocation: LynehamSalary: £37,250Working Hours: 07:30am - 16:30pm Mon to Fri (early finish on a Wednesday) - 37 hours per weekAdditional Company Benefits: PPE Supplied, Exceptional Career Development Opportunities, Heavily Discounted Gym Membership, Enhanced Pension Contributions
