In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in guaranteeing compliance with local and international regulations, implementing robust health and safety measures, and fostering a safety-centric culture within our organization. The successful candidates will receive direct support from and report to the Regional EHS Manager of ASafe Global.

Your Role:
  1. Maintain HSE programs and records/Documentation.
  2. Conduct Inspections, Audits, and Risk Assessments.
  3. Provide Recommendations for Workplace Hazards.
  4. Offer advice and Training Programs, Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams.
  5. Work for Enhanced HSE Awareness and Procedures.
  6. Handle Incident and Accident Investigations, Root Cause Identification & Preventive Action Plans.
  7. Monitor HSE Performance Metrics.
  8. Ensure Compliance with Industry Standards, Corrective Actions, and Documentation.
  9. Regularly Inspect Emergency Response Plans and drill for Evaluation of Effectiveness.
  10. Participate in HSE Committees and Regulatory Engagement.
What you'll need to succeed:

Preferred candidates should be located in the job location or willing to relocate without assistance. A strong construction background emphasizing HSE expertise is required, along with a degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Science, or Related Field. 5+ years of main contractor experience in advanced technology construction in industries like data centers, pharma, high-end manufacturing, and oil & gas is preferred. Understanding of Local, State, and Federal HSE Regulations and a proven Track Record in Developing and Implementing HSE Programs, Policies, and Procedures are essential. Excellent communication skills, people management abilities, and proficiency in conducting thorough incident investigations are required. Certification such as Certified Safety Professional, ISO, NEBOSH, or Equivalent is a plus.
