ABA Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated ABA Supervisor to join our team and provide high-quality services to children with autism spectrum disorder. As an ABA Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of evidence-based interventions, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing ongoing training and supervision to behavior technicians. Key responsibilities: Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians to ensure adherence to treatment protocols and best practices Collaborate with families and other professionals to facilitate effective communication and coordination of care Monitor client progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomesQualifications: Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder and implementing ABA interventions Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with others to achieve positive outcomes for clientsWe offer competitive compensation, professional development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
