Salter Grange isrecruiting a Project Director to join a Global Consultancy to lead amajor HyperScale Data Centre project in the UK.
Due to a massive project win, they seek a highly experiencedand ambitious Project Director to join their team for a Hyper-ScaleData Centre project for a blue chip client.
Operating across the UK and Europe in the mission-criticalsector, they are highly regarded as an employee-focused business thatis working on multi-billion pound Data Centre projects for theworld's leading blue chip technology clients.
Candidates must have proven experience leading schemes of£600m+ through the full project life cycle experience with a mixtureof Consultancy/Main Contracting experience.
Ensuring effective clientrelationship management
Developing an in-depth understandingof future project strategies and pipeline
Facilitatingseamless communication between head office departments and the projectsite to drive continuous improvement
Providing comprehensivetraining programs for staff and managers to enhance performance andproficiency
Efficiently managing budgets and costsin alignment with the project planning process
Acting as acritical liaison to senior management and the board of directors,providing regular project updates
Establishing and monitoringkey performance indicators (KPIs) to assess project performance
Overseeing the implementation of new policies and procedures
Conducting internal contract review meetings with legal teamsand ensuring attendance of key personnel
Taking charge ofoverall project operations and ensuring alignment with client andproject team's safety, quality, and environmental objectives
Implementing effective management systems throughout theconstruction process, particularly related to subcontractor management
Initiating targeted staff training initiatives when necessary
