You will be involved in all aspects of planned and reactive maintenance within their operation. Role Description Prompt and efficient maintenance of all machinery Advising and training any operators on use of machinery through monitoring the production line. Creating a maintenance plan/schedule, preventing any downtime. Taking ownership and creating a maintenance schedule, prioritising the workload, planning, and communicating this with your colleagues. Timely and correct remedying malfunctions of machines and devices Minimising maintenance costs where possible Identifying unsafe situations and rectifying promptly Management of any stocks, parts or consumables required and maintenance workshop. Provide advice to other employees performing maintenance related tasks. Leading and driving continuous improvement and working efficiently.
