Who is Augmentive?
Augmentive is at the forefront of developing personalised mental health care in the UK, centred around our CQC-regulated psychiatry clinic.
Our platform enables each patient to find and access support from the right specialist at the right time. As a clinician providing care on the platform, we will equip you with powerful, yet easy-to-use technology and provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure you can focus on what you do best. Additionally, you will benefit from an extensive referral network accessible through our platform. Our team will be on hand to ensure the patient has a smooth experience throughout their care pathway, maintaining a personal touch at every step.
We are deeply driven by the need to make it easier to access effective mental health support. The company was formed after witnessing the terrible impact of slow or ineffective systems. Since then, we have created a groundbreaking platform designed from top to bottom to deliver optimal clinical outcomes as efficiently as possible. Our leadership team has a deep understanding of both the mental health field and how to develop state-of-the-art technology. We are now looking to expand our clinical team and deliver top-quality care on a larger scale.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Specialist registration with the General Medical Council and a licence to practise
- Minimum 3 years experience as substantive NHS Consultant
- MRCPsych or FRCPsych.
- Approved Clinician status
- Registration for CPD with the Royal College of Psychiatrists and in good standing
- Experience in neurodevelopmental psychiatry, research, and/or teaching is highly desirable.
- Currently not accepting applications from Child and Adolescent Psychiatrists.
- Relevant publications or contributions to the field are desirable
Work Schedule:
Variable, take on a caseload and schedule that works for you. You would have practising privileges at our clinic. We offer highly competitive compensation and medical secretary support is available to make your life as simple as possible. Most consultations will be carried out remotely via our platform but we also have practice rooms available in Central London, giving you a high level of flexibility.
