You will be responsible for the day to day management of the Outpatient Department, providing leadership to the team of nursing and ancillary staff, while giving necessary professional, clinical practice and motivational support for the team. You will be required to have strong administration and management skills as the coordination and facilitation of activities on a shift by shift basis is essential to ensure a seamless service to patients and the position has a professional obligation for training and development within the sphere and scope of practice in the Outpatient Department. It will also be your responsibility to ensure that there are sufficient clinics provided to meet the volume of referrals
