Burnbrae is a 28 bedded residential care home supporting older adults who have a range of differing needs such as a mental health diagnosis, Dementia and/or frailty. Our service is part of the Falkirk Health and Social Care Partnership where we work closely with other professionals within a multidisciplinary team. Burnbrae is a well-established care home with a highly experienced, motivated, and passionate team of staff. Within our service, there are multiple learning opportunities for staff. We place importance on training, development, and opportunities to progress within a supportive environment.
As a Domestic you will be motivated and enthusiastic in providing a clean and safe environment to a high standard for all residents, visitors, and staff. We expect our domestic staff to maintain the home in line with National Infection and Protection Manual guidelines. Previous experience in a domestic role is desirable but is not essential. You should have a positive attitude, be passionate, organised, and flexible. You will work alongside an established staff team, including other domestics and will be supported in the role by your colleagues. As you will be working within the care home, you will also be required to always treat others with dignity and respect.
The candidate will work 37 hours per week which will include weekends on a shift rota basis.
