My client is looking for a UI/UX Designer with a passion for creating visually stunning and highly functional user interfaces. This is a permanent position based in Kent.

User Interface Designer Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into elegant and intuitive user interfaces.
  • Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Implement and maintain code integrity, organisation, and quality.
  • Work closely with back-end developers to integrate front-end and back-end functionalities.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

User Interface Designer Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a User Interface Designer or similar role. But also with a strong development mindset.
  • Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Must have experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Strong knowledge of responsive design principles.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field is a plus.
